All orders are shipped via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $5.95. Please call us at 818.846.4400 if you would like us to process your order with expedited shipping.
Shipping Addresses
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your purchase we would be glad to exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund money for any purchase made at hwoodbeauty.com.
